The Rental service is exclusively based in Messina (Sicily). Pickup and drop-off must happen in person. We currently do not offer shipping for rental hardware.

We require a valid ID or passport, alongside your physical signature on the liability/rental waiver which protects both parties.

The person signing the rental agreement takes full civil liability for the equipment's integrity. In case of accidental damage or malfunctions due to negligence, repair or replacement costs will be billed, deducting the initial deposit.

All market prices (Merch and Rental) displayed on product pages are VAT excluded. The Italian VAT (22%) will be transparently calculated and shown on the Checkout page before payment.

No. Our Checkout supports guest purchasing. However, creating an account allows you to track your order history and save your addresses.

We offer a return window of 14 business days from delivery date. The item must be unwashed and returned in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
